that's not fair of you. Demon soul , Valkyria Chronicles Both PS3 exclusives received great scores from IGN. the problem with White Knight chronicles is the gameplay which is too much like FFXII which had a tacky battle system.
and I dont MS would pay for a 2 year old game to get bad reviews.

on topic: I havent played White Knight Chronicles yet but from what i've heard online the gameplay is reminiscent of FFXII which was that great. To say the truth the gameplay of FFXII kinda made the game boring to me because The story was good IMO and the cast of characters was great. the gameplay was really annoying compared to previous titles. even though it's off screen it looks neet. I'm kinda tired of all these typical War shooters so games like Bioshock , brink and this are always welcomed in my book. What they did with the watch is clever.
the hype for this game was aiming way too high. Some said it was about to dethrone the GoW and DMC series. this game is far from what it was getting hyped up to be. Even when I played the demo I wasnt that impressed. I had much better fun playing Bayonetta.
the reviews are varied. some have gave the game a 7 out of 10 and some a 8. I think this game will be a good hack n slash but nothing out of this world.

I'll have to try the full product to give a real opinion on the game but based on the demo I dont think it deserves a 9/10 BUT this is solely based on my playthrough with the demo.

PS2's release date was in 2000 and the ps3 got out in 2007. PS2 is still getting alot of support as we speak. till 2007 nobody got tired of the PS2's tech.

Built on PS3 1st ported to Xbox360. PS3 version looks better , xbox version lookes washed up in the pics. Changing your TV settings might make it look better.

based on what I've seen the graphics are better than Halo 3 but still this is kind of a letdown to me because there was so much talk about a new engine being used for that game. I was really hyped to see a new engine at work for Halo because I was never a fan of the older one. I'll have to wait for gameplay to judge any further.
